The Hispanic Network (THN) has a networking group component that connects businesses on a monthly basis in order to generate a steady stream of warm leads and referrals while building brand awareness.
THN is the ONLY networking group that not only hands out the roster of attendees the night of the event so members can strategize as to who would be most beneficial to meet, but it also emails the roster the following day in Excel format after it's been updated with the info from walk-ins.
THN also puts out a Connections Table so members can place their promotional materials for others to take at their leisure.
Exhibitor tables are also offered at each Mix and Mingle so members can set up their own booths to showcase their services and products.
Our house jazz band, The Cuban Cigars, sets a fun, relaxed atmosphere that's highly conducive to productive networking, and our house photographer, Alan Abrams, records the evening so it can later be posted on this website.
New members are introduced and given the microphone so they can give their "elevator speech." A group photo is also taken and is used as the link on this website to the rest of the photos for the dinner

HOST A MIX & MINGLE AND TAKE CENTER STAGE!
The sponsor's company is promoted on all marketing materials, including the invite flyer, which is custom designed by THN. It is then mass emailed each week and handed out at every event and meeting THN attends up to the date of the dinner.
The host is given ten minutes to address the audience and is welcome to place promotional materials at each place setting. The sponsor's banner is also prominently displayed for branding and photo-op purposes.
The venue, catering, live band, photographer, emcee, invite design, marketing, attendee roster management and registration staff are all included in a flat rate $250 sponsnorship regardless of the number of attendees!
